Ad Astra Journal will maintain an internal procedure for assessing and documenting personal-data breaches and, where required by Monaco law, notifying the APDP without undue delay and, where possible, within 72 hours after becoming aware of a notifiable breach. Where a breach is likely to result in a high risk to affected individuals, communication to those individuals may also be required.
