
Chloé Boscagli joins the Prince’s Cabinet
Chloé Boscagli will join the Cabinet of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco as Counsellor to the Cabinet, effective 1 September 2026.
A graduate of HEC Grande École with a Master 2 in Business Law and International Taxation from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, Boscagli brings extensive experience spanning the private and public sectors. She spent nine years at Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, where she served as Director of Missions to the Chairman and CEO, before joining the Prince’s Government’s Attractiveness Unit in 2023 and leading the Monaco Private Label network.
Most recently, she headed MonacoTech, steering the Principality’s incubator towards applied artificial intelligence, environmental and marine technologies, and innovation in health and sport.
Boscagli also served for eleven years on Monaco’s Municipal Council, with responsibilities covering early childhood, youth and gender equality. Her appointment brings a profile combining business, investment, innovation and public-service experience to the Prince’s Cabinet.
