Monaco’s Graduate Employment Commission Strengthens Support for Young Professionals
The Commission d’Insertion des Diplômés (CID) held its 16th annual meeting, reaffirming its commitment to supporting students and young graduates from the Principality as they enter the professional world.
Chaired by Christophe Robino, representing the Minister of State, the meeting reviewed the CID’s activities during 2025. Since its creation in 2010, the Commission has developed an individualised approach based on personal guidance and practical support.
Some 225 young people benefited from its services over the past year.
One of the meeting’s highlights was the presentation of the CID Alumni network, launched in June to strengthen connections between graduates of the Principality and encourage long-term professional development.
The Commission’s work is structured around four priorities: meeting young people, informing them, supporting their professional journey and creating opportunities. During 2025, the CID organised 58 workshops and initiativesfocusing in particular on employment opportunities in Monaco and the professional integration of recent graduates.
Its network now includes 285 partner companies, helping young people throughout different stages of their careers, from internships and work-study programmes to securing their first job.
Looking ahead, the CID intends to expand its initiatives by strengthening ties with partner companies, introducing new career-focused workshops and preparing a dedicated information day on competitive examinations organised in the Principality.
The 16th meeting highlighted Monaco’s continuing efforts to create closer links between education, graduates and employers while facilitating the transition of young people into professional life.
